I hope this post finds everyone well. We are breezing into the new year with our normal busy schedule. Hopefully D- and I will find some time for a vacation in the next few weeks!
David is doing okay at work. Winter is a struggle for him, so keep him in your prayers. He longs for the 80s and sunny days where he can whip up an outdoor project that will take him several years to complete. LOL

Grammy is doing well also. She went to the eye doctor last week and learned that she her cataracts need to be removed. Her first surgery is scheduled for Tue morning. Please pray that God will guide the surgeon's hand and her surgery will be successful. We have been very blessed that the surgery was scheduled at a new facility that was in the middle of Medicare certification...which means the surgery center fee will be free.
Logan and Caden are doing well at school. We have registered them for 2012/2013 school year. Here are a few quotes Caden and Mason to keep you laughing.
It is "D" week in TK. For show & tell Caden said he wants to take the class to Disney World.
Caden had a very positive outlook about getting sick in the parking lot at school this morning. "At least I will not get on yellow in my class today."
I just had 2 minute conversation with Mason. Topic: boogers ...conclusion...boogers are swishy and in his bed.
We have stopped Mason's therapy again. The new OT person concurred with Ellen and said that Mason issues are all behavioral. Meaning the only thing preventing him from eating is Mason. It is like he is scared of food. We have taken away Mason’s fries (except when eating out), cookies, etc. Every time he asks for food (other than baby food), we give him options…so far, he has chosen to go hungry rather than eat something new. We leave whatever it is out for him (chicken nuggets, pizza, ham, etc) in case he changes his mind. We have him repeat back to us what is expected of him…he cries, but doesn’t comply. We plan to meet with a behavioral therapist, but have had some scheduling conflicts. We will keep you posted.
That is all for now. Today we will be looking for ways to keep 3 wild boys busy on a limited budget.
