Mason turns "4"

Mason turned 4 this month.  He requested French fries, a cookie cake and ice cream for his birthday meal.  For gifts he wanted outdoor tools like daddy uses.  He received a drill, leaf blower, weed eater, hedge clippers and a wheel barrel.  Life is good when you are 4.  According to the pediatrician he has grown 2 inches and gained 1 lb.  He even graduated to a big boy booster seat…hooray, no more car seats!!!  His eating habits have not changed and the pediatrician told me to stop worrying about…easier said than done, but I am trying. Mason is taking swimming lessons for the first time.  Finally, he is finally old enough to go to VBS (vacation bible school) with "his boys". 

And last but not least...in case you didn't catch this on facebook...Mason's hero is daddy.  Here they are mowing grass.
