I try to make memories with my kids by doing something special around the holidays. For Easter it is going to David's sister's house and having an Easter egg hunt. At Halloween we go to the pumpkin patch. For Christmas we make chex mix and Christmas cookies. This Valentine's day we started what I hope to be a new tradition in our family. Though it was very last minute and I didn't really have time to prep, we made chocolate covered strawberries....a mommy favorite.

We ran low on supplies...but they still tasted good.
