Logan played at 10:30. Here is one of Logan's best plays. He was the running back. The coach gave him the ball to get the first down. Logan shook off two "tackles" to run the ball to the one yard line, where they finally caught him! My camera battery died (good planning mom) and I didn't get the last shot or any more good ones. My cell phone doesn't take the best pics.

The Broncos beat the Seahawks by a touchdown to put themselves in the championship game for 9-11 year olds...though some of these kids looked like linebackers.
Next up was Caden's team, the Panthers. Their team had won on Thursday by beating the Bears. They fought hard and lost in the last seconds of the game to the Cardinals. It was a nail biter.

Caden is proud of his trophy. |
The Panthers were runners up in the 7-8 year old division. Caden took the loss like a champ!
Now it was time for Logan's second game of the day. The Broncos vs the Packers. Those boys were HUGE. It too was a nail biting game. The score went back and forth until the very end. One minute left in the game, the Broncos intercepted a pass and ran it back for a touchdown. This put them up by 4. A few more plays and the game was over. Logan's team had won the championship! He was ecstatic.
We had a wonderful season and wonderful coaches. Both boys came home with trophies that they earned which made us very happy. They learned a lot this season and cannot wait until spring to play again.
