A day in the life of Team K.

David was able to go to the Clemson vs. Miami game today in S.C.  We are sorry to say they lost, but we hope he had a great time anyway. Mommy was all alone with the boys, so she kept them busy.

First, we went to Costco as soon as they opened.  After looking at all the toys we did some quick grocery shopping.  Milk, bread, and meat...the necessities of life.

When we came home, the boys played outside until lunch time.  Mommy forgot the sunscreen, so we have some pink cheeked little boys. :(

After lunch, Mason went down for a nap, so mom and the boys prepared for a movie during rest time.  We vacuumed, cleaned up the living room, spread out our blankets and pillows and watched Tom and Jerry meet Sherlock Holmes.  And it would not be movie time at the Kerstiens house without popcorn and candy.

After rest time, our neighborhood had a Safety Fair.  There was pizza, Italian ice and a huge inflatible slide and bounce house.  In addition, the fire department was there giving out hats, stickers and tours of the fire truck.  Finally, the police dept was there with finger printing kits, free water bottles,  and balloons.  Fun was had by all and mommy didn't have to make dinner...hooray!!!  The only downside to our Safety fair happened when the bounce house collapsed on Caden.  He was trapped inside for a minute or two, but we got him out with minimum trauma.

From there we went to the neighborhood park for a few minutes, returned our DVDs, then home again.
Here are some pictures from our afternoon.  I am blessed with 3 tired little boys. They have had baths, are brushing their teeth, and then BEDTIME!!!

Caden came down head first.  Had a BLAST!

Logan's turn.

Mason had more fun playing with the water bottles.

Cheese!
