Caden goes to Kindergarden

It is hard to believe that Caden is going to kindergarten. It seems like yesterday he was born and at the same time it seems like a lifetime ago. On Tuesday, he went to school for "Drop in Day". Since mommy works at school, he got to be there all morning.

Drop in Day

Once he went to drop in day and saw his friends, he could not wait to return on Wednesday. However, he was not very enthusiastic about having his picture made again. Mommy had to resort to potty words (poop, toot,etc.) to get him to smile for his pictures....notice Logan looking thru the side lights on by the door :)

1st Day of Kindergarten

Caden was very excited to have an orange tiger paw to mark where he should hang his backpack.

He is a little challenged to reach the hook, but he is determined to hang his bag on the highest one.

1st Art Project

 A special thanks to his teachers for taking pictures everyday.

Caden loves to build.  This is a great example.

On Thursday he had to bring in a "Me" bag with 3 objects that described him.  He included Legos, Beyblades and an airplane that he had built from an erector type set (THANKS TO AUNT CINDY).

Finally, he received his first homework assignment, due in 2 weeks:
Catechism:
Q#1: Who made  you?
A: God
Q#2: What else did God make?
A: God made everything.
Letter: S-Sizzling sausage, sizzling sausage, /s/s/s/ and the letter is S.
Sight  Words:  a, blue, the, and, come, can


He is getting so big, but he is still my baby.  When he leaves school each day he is exhausted and overstimulated.  Thankfully he had a short week.  Looking forward to next week and a normal schedule.
