Happy 7th Birthday Logan!

I prayed for this child, and the LORD has granted me what I asked of him.1 Sam 1:27

It is very hard to remember life without Logan.  We are very blessed that he is our lives.  We have been celebrating Logan for several days.  We started with dinner on Friday.  Logan requested crab legs, celery and carrots.  He even helped make his birthday cake.  It has become a family tradition to make a yellow cake with chocolate icing (dairy free) and sprinkles.

 

On Saturday David and I took Logan to pick out his new glasses.  He was less than thrilled to wear glasses, but what a trooper.  He picked out his glasses (2 pair) with minimum fuss.  We were very proud.  Next we went to lunch.  It was fun eating with just the 3 of us.

 Today we took Krispy Kreme donuts to school and all his friends sang happy birthday.  Finally, mommy picked up a pizza and Logan opened his presents.  He loved everything...the only down side...Logan lost his Lego privileges (long story).   He was able to open all his presents, but he will not be able to play with them for a few weeks.  He will earn them back!
